Aqua Pilates: - Description: Pilates exercises adapted to water, designed to improve flexibility, strength and balance. - Benefits: Improves posture, core strength and flexibility, while being gentle on the body. Aqua Yoga: - Description: A yoga practice in the water, using adapted postures and the resistance of the water for a balanced workout. - Benefits: Improves flexibility, reduces stress, and gently strengthens muscles.
