Through a blend of prenatal yoga, singing, aquatic relaxation, meditation, and co-parent workshops, each couple will leave equipped with valuable tools to welcome their baby with serenity and joy. The program also includes specific workshops for co-parents, such as prenatal massage techniques, ensuring optimal support throughout the pregnancy.

Mummy should be above 12 gestational weeks at the date of the retreat

Mummy with twins should provide a medical certificate that allows the practice of yoga and participation to such retreat

Dr. Bernadette de Gasquet's prenatal work emphasizes safe, effective exercises tailored for pregnancy, combining yoga and medical knowledge. Her approach focuses on proper posture, breathing techniques, and pelvic floor protection to enhance comfort and prevent complications. Unique aspects include adapting poses to individual needs and promoting natural birthing practices, ensuring both maternal and fetal well-being.

Given the sensitivity of expectant mothers to scents and fragrances, the Perfume Creation workshop has been modified:

Co-parents may be the one creating the fragrance of the pregnancy, the fragrance of the child, the fragrance of a lifetime, the fragrance of a memory. If your mom feels right, she can of course enjoy creating the perfume with her co-parent And give the name of the baby once baby is born.
