- Late Morning (10:30 AM - 12:30 PM):

  - Breathing Techniques and Water Treatments: Engage in specialized breathing exercises designed to enhance sensory awareness and stress management. Followed by therapeutic water treatments in the river to invigorate and refresh.

- Afternoon Workshops (4:00 PM - 6:00 PM):

  - Perfume Creation Workshops: with unique accords of master perfumer Paul Houlsby, delve into the art of crafting perfumes inspired by French flower bouquets. Explore fragrance notes, accords, and blending techniques to create your signature scent.

- Evening (7:30 PM onwards):

  - Culinary Delights: Enjoy gourmet meals infused with local flavors and paired with fine Southern wines, enhancing your sensory experience.

  - Relaxation and Reflection: Wind down with leisure time for personal reflection or optional evening activities.
