Craft Your Own Perfume and enjoy the following programme as you wish. 

The programme content may be adjusted depending on weather and logistical needs. 

Your final programme will be sent to you 15 days prior to the retreat.

Day 1: Arrival and Immersion

Afternoon

  - Arrival and Welcome: Check into your luxury accommodation and explore the tranquil surroundings of Le Vaquier with an individualised discovery tour.

  - Opening Circle: Introduction to the retreat, meet fellow participants, and set personal goals and aspirations.

Evening

  - Welcome Dinner: Enjoy a delicious seasonal menu inspired by local spring produce prepared by our local chef.

  - Evening Meditation: Gentle guided meditation to transition into the retreat, focusing on renewal and growth.

Day 2: Grounding practices based on elemental earth energies.

Morning

  - Sunrise Yoga: Hatha Yoga session focusing on grounding and connecting with the earth.

  - Nutritious Breakfast: with locally sourced and foraged ingredients.

Mid-Morning

  -   Individualized Yoga Therapy program design for each guest on request.

  -  Workshop: France's Celtic Traditions. 

Learn about ancient wellness practices and the healing power of earth elements the minerals and how stones can actually speak to you!

Afternoon

  - Lunch: Light, healthy meal.

  - Mineral Bath Experience: Relax in a mineral-rich foot bath or bathe in the river, inspired by Celtic traditions, to rejuvenate and detoxify.

  - Massage availability

  -  Socratic Method 2.0 individual sessions

  -  Perfume Workshop

Evening

  - Dinner: Delicious and wholesome meal.

  - Evening Reflection: Guided journaling session to reflect on the day's experiences and insights.

Day 3: Embracing the Water Element

Early Morning

  -  Dynamic Yoga: Energizing yoga session inspired by the fluidity and flow of water.

  -  Breakfast: Hearty and nourishing meal.

- Mid-Morning

  - Workshop: Roman Wellness and Water Elements: Discover France's Roman era - use of water for healing and relaxation Part 1.     

Visit of the Pont du Gard, Ancient Monument and Uzes Village

Afternoon

  - Lunch: Refreshing and healthy meal.

 -  Roman Wellness and Water Elements: Discover  France's Roman era - healing and relaxation Part 2

  -  Socratic Method 2.0 individual sessions

  -  Perfume Workshop

Evening

  - Dinner: Nutritious Detox F&V meal.

  - Evening Session: Water Meditation: Meditative session by the water, focusing on calmness and flow.

Day 4: Renewal and Rejuvenation

Morning

  - Yin Yoga: Relaxing yoga session focusing on renewal and self-care.

  - Breakfast: Balanced and energizing meal (Liquids).

Mid-Morning

  - Workshop: Spring Detox and Renewal: Explore natural detoxification methods and rejuvenation practices for spring.

Afternoon

  - Lunch: Light and seasonal liquid meal.

  - Herbal Workshop: Learn about local spring herbs and their uses in wellness practices.

Evening

  - Dinner: Provencal detox meal. 

  - Group Sharing Circle: Share experiences and insights 

Day 5: Connection with Nature

Morning

  - Flow Yoga: Breathing practices - Yoga session designed to enhance mindfulness and connection with nature.

  - Breakfast: Nutritious meal to start your day.

Mid-Morning

  - Nature Walk: Guided walk through the local landscape, practicing mindfulness and connecting with the natural spring environment.

Afternoon

  - Lunch: Delicious and healthy meal.

  - Outdoor Meditation: Meditation session in nature, focusing on the sights, sounds, and scents of spring.

  -  Massage available

  -  Socratic Method 2.0 individual sessions

  -  Perfume Workshop

Evening

  - Dinner: Seasonal and satisfying meal.

  - Evening Reflection: Guided journaling session to integrate the day's experiences.

Day 6: Integration and Celebration

Morning

  - Integrative Yoga: Yoga session to integrate all the learnings and practices from the retreat.

  - Breakfast: Hearty and nutritious meal.

Mid-Morning

  - Workshop: Integrating Wellness Practices: Learn how to incorporate wellness routines into daily life.

Afternoon

  - Lunch: Light and energizing meal.

- Creative Expression: Engage in a creative activity (art, music, writing) to express your retreat journey.

Evening

  - Celebration Dinner: Special farewell dinner featuring a feast of local, seasonal dishes to celebrate the completion of the retreat.

  - Closing Circle: Share final reflections, express gratitude, and set intentions for the future.

Day 7: Departure

  - Farewell Breakfast: Enjoy a final meal together, reflecting on your transformative experience.

  - Departure: Leave Le Vaquier feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and equipped with new wellness practices for body, mind, and soul.
