1. Booking and Reservations:

   - Advance Booking: Reservations should be made well in advance to secure your preferred dates.

   - Deposit: A deposit is required to confirm your booking. This deposit will be applied towards the total cost of the retreat.

   - Cancellation Policy: Detailed cancellation policies will be provided at the time of booking, outlining any fees or conditions related to canceling or rescheduling your retreat.

2. Duration of Stay:

   - Minimum Stay: There may be a minimum requirement of 2 nights depending on the season and availability.

   - Check-In and Check-Out:  Standard check-in and check-out times will be specified, but we strive to accommodate your schedule as much as possible.

3. Accommodation:

   - Exclusive Use: Renting the retreat includes exclusive use of all accommodations and facilities.

   - Capacity: The venue can accommodate 12 guests comfortably. Additional arrangements can be discussed if your group exceeds this number.

   - Room Assignments: Rooms can be arranged as per your requirements, whether single occupancy, double occupancy, or shared rooms.

4. Facilities and Amenities:

   - Dining: Organic, locally-sourced meals are provided. Special dietary requirements should be communicated in advance.
